Dear Printing Impressions Member,
Thank you for taking time to learn more about our New PerfOffset/Auto Perf Plus products and/or our traditional industry leading Litho-perf products. Like our traditional litho-perf products, these new products mount on the impression and blanket cylinders on your offset press to perforate, score, and slit jobs on-press.
However, unlike our traditional Litho-perf products, the new PerfOffset/Auto Perf Plus products have a unique self-adhesive mounting system and a counterpart piece which backs up the rule and protects the blanket. Please click on the short video below for a brief explanation, and/or click on the following link which will take you to the PerfOffset/Auto Perf Plus page.
If you should have any specific questions or need samples on either of these products, please call me at 800-537-2514 x104, or email me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
While you are here, please take a moment to sign up to receive our email announcements. You may do so to the right. This will allow us to communicate exciting new product offerings and promotions.
If you would like to browse and take a look around we have outlined the IOC system below along with the other inline systems that are available.
We look forward to finding a better solution to your perfing, scoring and die cutting needs.
You can now print, die-cut, perforate, and crease in a single pass to the highest standard of quality with the IOC system. Optimal performance is achieved by using chemically-etched, machined, flexible dies complete with mounting bars specific to your press. The dies are mounted onto the blanket cylinder, and the cutting is done against protection plates that are mounted on the impression cylinder. The IOC system will work on presses up to 40″ and can be installed in either printing or coating units. Click here to visit the IOC Web site for additional information and details.
Perf Print Plus is a revolutionary in-line system allowing perforating, die-cutting, slitting, scoring, spot varnishing, and spot printing for offset presses. The PPP system works by mounting a foil sleeve on the blanket cylinder. A wide variety of tools can then be mounted onto the foil to meet the needs of the job. The PPP system will work in either the printing or coating units on presses up to 80+” wide. Click here to visit the PPP Web site for additional information and details.
